Moderation is hard to get right

“Harmful posts stay up for hours.”

Users see them before you do.

“Two moderators, two different decisions.”

Users say your rules are unfair.

“Our policies change and the team lags behind.”

Old rules get applied to new problems.

“Our moderators are burning out.”

Tired people make more mistakes.

Good moderation comes from clear policies, constant calibration and healthy moderators. We manage all three.

Fast, fair and consistent

Clear policies, turned into daily decisions

We turn your community guidelines into a decision guide with real examples. Moderators train and pass a test before they review live content. When your policy changes, we update the guide and retrain.

  • Policy training and certification
  • Examples for every rule
  • Fast updates when policies change

We check decisions every day

Our QA team re-reviews a sample of decisions without seeing the original answer. We track accuracy and agreement between moderators, and hold calibration sessions on the hardest cases.

Tricky cases go to the right person

Not every post is clear. Edge cases go to senior moderators or your policy team, and every decision is written down so it can guide the next one.

Healthy moderators make better decisions

Our founder managed large moderation teams for years. She knows what harmful content does to people, and how that affects quality. Every plan includes:

  • Time limits on the most difficult queues
  • Planned rotation between content types
  • Breaks and support after hard cases
  • Regular check-ins with team leads

I spent years on the buyer’s side, checking outsourcing vendors. I saw what good looks like and where vendors cut corners. I built SenBPO to be the partner I always wanted to hire.

How we launch a moderation team you can trust

  1. Step 1

    Turn policy into decisions

We convert your rules into clear decision trees with examples of each label.

    Decision guide

  2. Step 2

    Calibrate before going live

Reviewers and your policy team label the same items until they agree.

    Agreement scores

  3. Step 3

    Go live in stages

We start with one queue and add more when accuracy holds.

    Weekly accuracy report

  4. Step 4

    Handle gray areas together

Unclear cases go to your policy owner. Every answer updates the guide.

    Policy change log

Timings depend on volume and complexity. We agree them with you in writing before the pilot starts.

Straight answers

Still have a question? Ask us directly.

Which content types can you moderate?

Text, images, video, audio, profiles, comments, reviews and listings. We confirm each type for your program against your tools and policies.

Can you work alongside our AI moderation?

Yes. A common setup is for our team to review posts your AI flags or is unsure about. We can also check how accurate your AI is.

How do you handle very harmful content?

We agree categories and exposure limits up front, rotate reviewers, and give them support. Urgent safety cases follow a separate fast path to your team.

Which languages do you cover?

Tell us the languages you need. We confirm the right people are available before we propose a team.

How do you protect your moderators?

We limit exposure, rotate people between queues, schedule breaks and offer coaching. It protects them and it protects your quality, because tired reviewers make mistakes.

Who is responsible for policy decisions?

You are. We apply your policy and raise unclear cases. We are not a law firm and we do not set your rules.
