From the moderation floor to founder
Phoebe Dinh is the Founder and CEO of SenBPO, with 12 years of experience in content operations and Trust and Safety. Her experience includes leading and supporting large-scale operational programs for global clients.
Before founding SenBPO, Phoebe was a Trust and Safety vendor program manager at ByteDance, where she selected, contracted and audited outsourcing partners. Earlier, she managed frontline content moderation teams.
